The whole team at the practice is very professional and attentive. Tina recognized me from previous visits and asked me how I was doing and let me know that Ana had a student with her on that day and asked if it was ok with me for the student to be in with Ana which I told her that it was fine with me. Ana listened to my concerns and gave me appropriate feedback and I was reassured with her suggestions.

This was an emergency follow up after hospitalization. Avance Care was quick to set up the appointment with my PCP Dr. Houng. As usual, he was thorough in evaluation and guidance.
