The visit went very well and I am satisfied with the service however I did not appreciate the lack of payment and billing knowledge from staff. This caused a great deal of miscommunication and I am still not getting the answers and or explanation that I deserve. I also am concerned that you have added an extra charge for a culture that Dr. Alexander and I discussed wouldn’t be sent, as I am self pay.

My previous PC doctor was Kate Murphy, but she has left the practice. I had my annual Wellness check with Marie and she was very good. Answered questions and was extremely helpful. Looking forward to working with her in the future.

First time appt and very happy with the service provided by everyone. Madiha was a great MA and was very professional, walked through all my paperwork and answered my questions.
