I am extremely happy with Avance Care Apex for several reasons. 1. Making an appointment is quick and easy. I love that I can make appointments online. It was always a struggle to get an appointment at my last doctor office so I am very happy appointments are available so readily. 2. Lab work is available in office. Not all doctor offices offer this so it is a huge perk! It is so convenient and the phlebotomist is fantastic as well. 3. Extended hours/weekend hours is another huge perk. I have been attending this practice since summer 2016. I have had wonderful medical care with Dr. Kate Murphy she is very attentive and explains everything clearly and treats me like family. However yesterday I had to make a sick visit last minute and was seen by Dr. Samantha Savage who also was very kind and listened to my symptoms and explained test and next steps of care. I am very impressed with the care I receive at at Avance Care.

There was confusion about bloodwork even when i had an appointment and was told to fast. This is a problem with the office staff. Dr. Alexander is always professional and patient. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed.

Everyone so very nice, and prompt. From the receptionist to the doctor. . I’ve been going to this office for 31/2 years and same service all the time. Can’t say enough about this particular office in Apex. I’ve recommended this office to family and friends and they are patients as well. You don’t find this type service anymore.

Everyone in Avance are really nice and courteous and very helpful. The only small issue is to get appointments for my Doctor Alexander, apart from that we are extremely happy and we have not changed our primary Doctor since we are in America. Thank you for treating us to so great. God Bless
