Dr. A is always so professional, he meets all of my medical needs in a timely fashion. Also the med assistants are very helpful and kind. lab personnel are great and greeted with a smile when i come in.

You have very competent personnel. They provided great service with a smile. To arrange the radiology appointment, they called the provider and followed up to get the fastest appointment and kept me informed all along.

The visit went very well and I am satisfied with the service however I did not appreciate the lack of payment and billing knowledge from staff. This caused a great deal of miscommunication and I am still not getting the answers and or explanation that I deserve. I also am concerned that you have added an extra charge for a culture that Dr. Alexander and I discussed wouldn’t be sent, as I am self pay.

My previous PC doctor was Kate Murphy, but she has left the practice. I had my annual Wellness check with Marie and she was very good. Answered questions and was extremely helpful. Looking forward to working with her in the future.
