My visit was with Dr. Kate and as always I felt like I was visiting a friend. I really hate to see her leave but I strongly support her in choosing the best for her family. I love my Avance Olive Chapel Road family. They are the BEST
Im new to the state and needed a new pcp. I was very lucky to find this place and have dr. Marie tomczyk as my doctor. She has helped in every waywith all of my problems this past year! She always goes above and beyond!
The office staff here is amazing. Very attentive and personable. Dr Alexander is now my favorite Dr since I've moved to North Carolina and I live in Sanford bit definitely worth the 30 minute drive.
Dr. Steven Alexander is excellent. He listens and provides clear solutions. My in-person appointment was on time and not rushed. I highly recommend this practice.
We have been with Doctor Alexander 7-8years, we trusted him and we love Avance Care.
I was seen quickly and everyone is friendly. Dr. Alexander is thorough and patient. Questions are answered. I have frustrations with the patient portal. Have not been able to open it easily even after talking to office staff.
Every thing was taken care of during my visit. My PA, Samantha Savage did a very complete examination and took care of all of my medical needs instantly. Also, her assistant Brittany thoroughly cleaned all of the wax from my ears so my hearing aids do not get plugged and they now work much better!
Everyone is friendly and treated me well.
Was able to be seen the same day, everyone was caring , helpful, and compassionate.
