The Apex location is great! I had a wonderful experience there yesterday and I have also had good experiences in the past there. I was able to get a same day sick appointment. I didn't wait long once I got there. The staff at the front desks are very nice. The nurses and the PA, Marie Tomczyk, whom I saw yesterday, were friendly and helpful.

Dr Alexander is a great listener to your concerns and very thorough in his approach to your problems.. the front end do their best a bit impersonal but they are all quite young.. nurse care is a bit sterile lacking in bedside manner but are by no means unkind or helpful. All in all a good outfit.
I had the greatest visit with Marie and Britanny. Although my appointment was late in the evening, I was cared for as if I was the only patient being seen that day. I felt so well taken care of and listened to. Honestly one of the best visits I've had at a doctors office. This was my first time at Avance in Apex and I will be making my way back!

I am extremely happy with Avance Care Apex for several reasons. 1. Making an appointment is quick and easy. I love that I can make appointments online. It was always a struggle to get an appointment at my last doctor office so I am very happy appointments are available so readily. 2. Lab work is available in office. Not all doctor offices offer this so it is a huge perk! It is so convenient and the phlebotomist is fantastic as well. 3. Extended hours/weekend hours is another huge perk.
