I was greeted with a friendly smile when we arrived. Anna checked me in asking what I was in for and took detailed notes. Kate addressed my issues and she is always giving good suggestions on how to improve my health. When leaving Brittany and Asad made sure they interacted with me and they are always friendly and kind. I had my daughters 2 year wellness check recently and everyone in the office is so sweet and friendly towards her. It made her feel very comfortable. I thank the dr for listening to our needs and caring for our daughter so well!

I recently went to the Avance Care in Apex. I felt welcomed and at ease. Not to mention they were open on Sat until 3:00! The PA, Kate is who I saw. She was great. Plus all of the staff were so attentive and caring. I will continue to go there versus the one in Preston in Cary.

The initial call was answered quickly and I was able to have my concerns met in a professional manner. The medical professional scheduled a same day appointment and I was able to be seen and my problem was diagnosed.

The office staff is super friendly and respectful. Dr. ALEXANDER always takes time to answer questions and explain test results. The office hours are so convenient for those patients that work odd hours. My husband and I are very pleased with Avance Care.
