Dr. Bean and Avance Care Chapel Hill team are the most wonderful and compassionate humans. It starts with Ms. Donna taking great care of you on the phone to the wonderful medical assistants assisting with your needs. Dr. Bean is a medical treasurer. We need to bubble wrap her!!

I would like to take a moment to thank both Melissa Allen and Michelle for professionally and amicably resolving an issue that occurred due to me responsible for paying out of pocket expenses for treatment provided to address Anxiety as a result of my mother passing away. Everyone in this office is always so welcoming and professional, including the receptionists, my nurse for the day, Tina, and my health care provider, Anna. The nurse, Tina, was great. And as usual, Anna, my health care provider, was attentive and thorough. Anna seeks to help you achieve your healthcare goals and explains things in a way that is clear and easy to understand
