Dr. Bean is very knowldegable yet doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist when necessary. She is kind and gentle and always remembers me. She knows my medical history, which is comforting. As a patient with an eating disorder diagnosis, I love that she does not require a weight and am more relaxed when coming to the ofc. I miss that she is unable to spend a little more time with me, though, since the practice moved and that makes me feel less special as a patient and a person.
Always a calming and reassuring visit at this practice where everyone--all staff and doctors-- are universally sweethearts. I drive an hour from my town to go there, even when I'm sick. Five stars!
My healthcare provider Anna is very attentive and caring and helps me to make informed decisions about my healthcare needs. She’s the best. All of the staff in this office are friendly, professional, and respectful
Dr. Metz is the gold standard for internists. She is thorough, thoughtful, a wonderful listener, responsive and kind. She explains and brainstorms and appreciates her patients’ input. I live in a town 50 miles from CH but I drive to see her because she is such a gem of a doctor.
Feeling stressed about recurring chest pain, I needed a same-day appt within the Avance Care network. Nothing was available in Durham where I live. Fortunately, I was able to get an appt at the Chapel Hill location. Staff was warm and friendly. Without having to tell them, they addressed me by my preferred name, Meg, not my legal name, Margaret. That simple effort put me at ease immediately. Dr Stacy Bean was had great calming energy, and I felt truly seen in spite of our brief 20 mins. She ROCKS! And she has great style!
We love the Avance care/Mosaic healthcare in Chapel Hill-so much that we left a closer practice and come 45 minutes from Raleigh. It’s a welcoming, accepting, body positive doctor’s office, which is almost impossible to come by. We love the office staff, nursing staff and practitioners and will continue to drive the distance for this practice.
Excellent response for urgent medical need and very attentive quality professionals with utmost care to help their patients
Dr Bean and the staff at Avance Care Chapel Hill are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I've been with them since they were called Mosaic and drive 30 minutes although I have many other options much closer because I trust Dr Bean and the staff.
