Brittney is my hero! I raised concerns about some symptoms I was experiencing with a different doctor who brushed me off, even after abnormal test results. Brittney was concerned about my results and leapt into action to figure out what was going on. So glad to have her in my corner!

I love everything about the staff at E. Franklin location. I feel seen and heard about my needs. I really trust this team with my health. I also drive 3 hours to be seen by the providers here because of the exceptional care they provide as I have not been provided else where. Thank you!

You wrote a review for Avance Care South Chapel Hill 3 days ago 2.0 star rating 7/29/2023 Reason to give a bad review is because of the front desk lady- I think her name is Digna...very very rude. She kept saying HE for a female dr. And while i am explaining her my situation she hung up on me. Dr Bean is very nice and Ray also. Always very sweet. I would recommend to give some empathy lessons to the front desk lady.
