We've been going here since they opened. They are always responsive and fit me in promplty. Every staff member is kind and helpful.

Sarah Woodruff is an excellent primary care provider. She partners with me and helps me make informed choices. She answers my questions and uses care and humor throughout the visit in just the right way. She's read the notes from my other UNC and Duke providers before she comes in and is so well prepared.

THE STAFF, NURSES, PA's AND DOCTOR ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL . THE CONSULTATION, PRIOR TO MEETING WITH THE HEALTH PROFESSIONAL IS THOROUGH. THE EXAMINATION AND TESTING IS PERFORMED WITH THE UTMOST CARE. IF NEEDED, PRESCRIPTIONS CAN BE PICKED UP AFTER LEAVING THE OFFICE - NEXT DOOR AT THE HARRIS TEETER PHARMACY. THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CARE ENTER I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.

From the front desk bof this beautiful clinic, I received a warm welcome and was well attended to. This is my family clinic since we moved to USA.Tney have an amazing staff that will always answer your questions. I have never been more pleased with my health care than since my Family Nurse Practitioner moved to Avance Care. She was exceptional before this move but I have never experienced such an integrated system of care before. It is because of this integration of medical and behavioral health services that I finally found a trauma therapist who can understand and and treat my physical and mental health issues that I now know stem from a lifetime of narcissistic abuse.
