I see Sarah W. here and I highly recommend her! She listens, is open-minded, and believes me when I share my health issues. I have a few genetic and autoimmune conditions, which makes things complex to navigate. She collaborates with me and talks through ideas and options with me. Sarah is very knowledgeable and I'm so glad she's a part of my healthcare team!
The entire staff is very pleasant and professional. Mary Holms is friendly professional and personable. She provides excellent care, solutions and request feedback regarding treatment plans. I am so grateful to have her as my primary care provider because she knows me as a person Thank you!!!
Everyone was so nice and pleasant, from the receptionist checking in and out, the nurse and the nurse practitioner. It’s rare to go into a place and everyone is on the same page. That makes a huge difference. Sarah, my NP, was very easy to talk to.

At my Medicare annual wellness visit Sarah asked me about exercise. I explained the exercises that I do. She pointed out the particular exercise that is the most important for strengthening muscles to prevent myself from falling again, and she suggested how I can do the exercise more effectively.
