At my Medicare annual wellness visit Sarah asked me about exercise. I explained the exercises that I do. She pointed out the particular exercise that is the most important for strengthening muscles to prevent myself from falling again, and she suggested how I can do the exercise more effectively. The process of being tested for COVID was quick and painless; I did not have to get out of my car, I simply drove around back to a marked door, used the app and got help quickly. I live and work in two different cities, so it is nice to have a real doctor in between!
