The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location—quiet yet close to everything you need. Nice Staff I love living here. Anytime I have an issue, they take care of it in a timely manner. All the ladies in the office are nice and so helpful.

Wonderful place! I am moving to North Texas after graduation and thought the Mckinney/Frisco area was wonderful. I had the pleasure of visiting The Avenues and meeting Elizabeth. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was super friendly. I found a beautiful one bedroom with attached garage that I just love. Can't wait to make this move to the area.
