Wonderful place! I am moving to North Texas after graduation and thought the Mckinney/Frisco area was wonderful. I had the pleasure of visiting The Avenues and meeting Elizabeth. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was super friendly. I found a beautiful one bedroom with attached garage that I just love. Can't wait to make this move to the area.

Great touring! Everyone knew Elizabeth and were so friendly while we were touring. You can tell it's a great place to live. The price for what you get is wonderful too.

Lisa is the best! Lisa was very helpful and great at communicating with us during the signing process. She answered all my questions and called me with updates or when they needed any additional information. Everything was quick and easy. Our move in process was easy. So far the apartment has been great. At&t fiber internet is good. Pool is nice, fitness center is smaller but has the basics you need for most work outs. For the price Avenues is definitely worth it.

Beautiful quiet community Lisa in the office was wonderful, she made move in simple, She provided me with everything I needed so when move in day came all i needed to do was grab the keys! The pool and fitness center are top notch! If you like being outside there is a phenomenal walking trail with a running stream in the middle right outside your door! I rate Avenues at Craig Ranch 10 outta 10!!!

Apartment Living When I moved to Avenues@CR they had just opened 3 months prior. I had a choice to move in to the apartment that I wanted. 10 plus year later am still here, in the same apartment! The rental increases have been stable over the years. I cannot imagine living anywhere else than at Avenues @CR.
