Great customer service Went on a tour the other week with Hailey. She was very personable and knew the answer to every question we asked. The apartments are updated and very clean. Out of all the places we toured this one definitely stands out the most.

Exceptional Customer Service & Quiet Apartment First of all I'd like to say that I am very picky with people and living spaces-I should seriously do apt. reviews for a living as many of them that I've lived in. Nonetheless from the time that I moved here almost a year ago, the staff has been nothing but extremely helpful-Brittany and Ali are to die for (as well as the maintenance team)! love it! The location is great and close to everything you can really want. The area continues to grow and expand so that means more amenities and greater things planned for the area. The office staff are great and the look and feel of the property is nice, clean and up-to-date with all the latest appeals and needs.
Quite Location Fairly new complex located on corner of Stacy and Custer Rd. which is one of the few intersections on Custer road that has not had a lot on development when we moved in last year. While some construction has start near us since it is still quite. Within a couple minutes drive 121 as well as several different grocery stores. Management Staff has always been very friendly, helpful. Maintenance responds very quickly even on weekends.
Modern, flexible, great for me. I live at Avenues at Craig Ranch in Mckinney, Texas. I have to say I am find of this place, When I first moved in, the first thing I noticed was how up-to-date everything was, The light fixtures, The sleek looking fridge, even the microwave and sink. (I also appreciate having A washer and dryer). My rent is $1,200 per month for two bedrooms, and even though I have hoarded a little, ( Yeah, a little, am I right?) Pool Pool had algae for over 3 days. Manager did not let people know, multiple people exposed to bacteria and bleach. Manager closed pool but still chose to not let community know. City of mckinney and health department will be getting test results.

It is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. The pool did have to be closed to stabilize the chemicals. The Community Manager emailed the residents soon after the service team closed the pool. Please feel free to contact the Community Manager with any additional concerns.
It's nice if you dont look too close Going on 2 years of living here and it is nice if you dont look too close. I took 30 pictures of imperfections when I moved in so they don't try to blame them on me. The valet trash situation is a literal joke, the "notices and fines" do not do anything to stop people from leaving the their 4 bags of trash out. The office leaves aggressive notes warning they'll get fined by the city and "THIS CANNOT HAPPEN!!!!" on people's doors with warnings and nothing ever changes. I've used my patio t... read more
Current Resident The property manager cannot be trusted. She does not take responsibility for her own actions and words. She is comfortable with putting things back on her residents. She doesn’t even try to make things right. At the end of the day all apartment living is the same, it’s proves a roof over your head. Now the research that needs to be done is who is managing my new home. IRT seemed great until now. I know many come here and read reviews before even coming to tour the property.
