Great touring! Everyone knew Elizabeth and were so friendly while we were touring. You can tell it's a great place to live. The price for what you get is wonderful too.

Lisa is the best! Lisa was very helpful and great at communicating with us during the signing process. She answered all my questions and called me with updates or when they needed any additional information. Everything was quick and easy. Our move in process was easy. So far the apartment has been great. At&t fiber internet is good. Pool is nice, fitness center is smaller but has the basics you need for most work outs. For the price Avenues is definitely worth it.

Beautiful quiet community Lisa in the office was wonderful, she made move in simple, She provided me with everything I needed so when move in day came all i needed to do was grab the keys! The pool and fitness center are top notch! If you like being outside there is a phenomenal walking trail with a running stream in the middle right outside your door! I rate Avenues at Craig Ranch 10 outta 10!!!

Apartment Living When I moved to Avenues@CR they had just opened 3 months prior. I had a choice to move in to the apartment that I wanted. 10 plus year later am still here, in the same apartment! The rental increases have been stable over the years. I cannot imagine living anywhere else than at Avenues @CR. Amazing Customer Service I went in to renew my lease because the 1st time was absolutely amazing, why would I move right?! Elizabeth and Lisa are amazing. So kind and sweet and extremely helpful. Looking for a place to stay that’s affordable, Avenues at Craig Ranch is the perfect place!

Friendly Leasing Staff Staff was friendly and attentive. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I will keep them in mind next time I move. I love to walk and they have a nice green walking area next to the property.

Amazing Staff & surrounding area!! Upon looking for a new home recently I found that I loved the Craig Ranch Area!! They offer a waking trail around Rowlett Creek that is stunning! The leasing agent Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing my lovely new home!! Everything was clean, neat and tidy on the grounds and my new apartment. Contact Elizabeth with any question you may for the best customer service experience. Close to most shopping needs.

Home Avenues @ Craig Ranch has been our home since 2017. We got married, and evolved our family while living here! It's always been pretty quiet and kept up! The pool is so spacious, there's enough room for a good amount of people! And they keep it clean! Maintenance is out there daily making sure it's up to par for the residents! All 3 of my girls learned how to swim in that pool, learn how to ride their bikes in the complex @ have had many adventures at the Avenues. It has a beautiful walking path!
