Great Complex I have lived in 5 apartment complexes in 6 years. Avion was by far my best experience. The management office employees are friendly and accommodating. All maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner. The community itself is very quiet. I have never heard people yelling or loud cars. Furthermore, the grounds are always maintained. At times parking is an issue for guests, but that is a problem I feel all communities face. I highly recommend Avion for anyone wanting to live in North Scottsdale. Alexandra Cope.

I do not... (Verified Renter) I do not believe parking should be an extra expense, especially for uncovered parking. Secondly, tenants should have the option whether to use the trash services or not. The cost should not be implied.

Neighbors above me... (Verified Renter) Neighbors above me stomp around so it sounds like they have pet baby elephants. New people moving in seem to be younger, louder, and rude. Theres a lot of speeding around the complex.

The tenants do not obey the rules they don?t pick up after their pets, they smoke in a smoke free apartment, they Speed through the complex grounds with their motorcycles and vehicles, they have multiple large dogs barking all day on patios.
Parking is a... (Verified Renter) Parking is a huge negative (cannot find a spot and have to park outside gate multiple days a week) it would be nice to have more areas for dogs to play, but the community is so well-kept and nice.
