Parking and cell... (Verified Renter) Parking and cell phone service are problems. Most people do not have landlines anymore and this issue should be addressed without having to buy a booster or some other device, or having to talk outside! Parking is not adequate for the number of cars in the lot.
The office staff,... (Verified Renter) The office staff, Greg in particular, have been outstanding and so easy to work with/make requests. Plus when I made a maintenance request, the issue was fixed in the same day. The grounds are so well taken care of and the residents have been very welcoming. I also very much like the trash service...so convenient! Thank you for everything.
I would recommmend... (Verified Renter) I would recommmend to those who ask that top floor living is the most convenient for noise reduction. Overall, the amenities and ease of parking are great. The gas appliances are awesome, though we?re unsure of the claim that the reduce utility costs as a whole.
We were informed... (Verified Renter) We were informed that our apartment was not checked by the staff before our arrival to move in. There were some small things that could have been done to our apartment before moving in if it was inspected prior and now we are having to complete service requests in order for the work to get finished. but other than that my girlfriend and I love the property. Everything is so clean and the staff is very friendly. So far we are pleased to be living at Avion.

The community is always spotless and any time I have had an issue or concern it has been answered in a timely manner and the staff has been so nice. I would absolutely recommend this apartment community.
