All in all... (Verified Renter) All in all it?s a great community. But Mgr should walk the grounds and be more practice on keeping the place looking good referring the garages, the sidewalks, etc

I couldn't imagine... (Verified Renter) I couldn't imagine an apartment complex being better. My only box it didn't check was having kid-friendly amenities but I knew going in that this complex wasn't set up with a focus on kids. No complaints.

The only problem I had was I was supposed to have the garage below my unit and on moving in day they notified me that they had already allowed someone else to use it. Parking was an issue there. some units did not come with any covered parking which is unheard of in the Phoenix metro area for almost any apartment complex, especially in that price range. (Verified Renter) primarily a positive experience A majority of the residents are young and apparently not familiar with living among other adults, so they can be noisy and disrespectful of their neighbors and the community rules. Their immature behavior can be very difficult to overlook and some seem completely unaware that they are sharing this living space with others. The community is beautifully maintained and we love living here.
Parking is a... (Verified Renter) Parking is a big issue for visitors. The complex also used to have a very clean feel to it and now too many neighbors have exsessive miscellaneous things on their balconies, significantly reducing the overall look and value of the complex.
