This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is maintained beautifully and the technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Problems are resolved almost instantly. Some of the neighbors could be more thoughtful about shared resources; I saw a GIANT swan float in the pool that took up more space than would be acceptable in a group setting. But this community has great service and we really understand and appreciate that.

The maintenance people are fantastic, requests are responded to promptly, the grounds are well maintained. Also love the salt water pool,the Starbucks coffee in the lounge and the gym is fabulous.

I love it... (Verified Renter) I love it here. I would recommend this community because there are a lot of amenities to take advantage of, it's clean and nice, it's safe, and I truly love being able to park under my condo.
While this was... (Verified Renter) While this was handled well, I wish we could get the walk ways and entrances into the buildings and the cement hallways cleaned. We need an industrial floor cleaner that would clean the entrances and hallways at a minimun, monthly. Also the elevator floor should be buffed to get all of the stains, then waxed and sealed so they look more professional.
It's a beautiful... (Verified Renter) It's a beautiful complex and great location, the residents are very nice. THe biggest drawback has been the disorganized staff and the complete lack of guest parking.
I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend this apartment community for the following reasons. The apartment is modern with stainless steel appliances, beautiful appointments and very little carpeting. The gas stove and dryer are fabulous, the A/C unit is efficient and quiet and the level of service is exceptional.
