This dealership is state of the art, top of the line. They have a large lot with a modern building and it's meticulously clean. They are located just off the freeway but secluded from it. All the employees are friendly. The atmosphere is accommodating. Our Nissan NV 2500 comes from a newly retooled plant in Canton, Mississippi. I was searching for a 2011 Nissan Armada on EBay and came across a link for the Zag auto buying program. I received several offers within hours of my submittal (many responses included much of the traditional car salesman rhetoric “My GM is very interested in your trade-in and we would like you to bring down your old vehicle as soon as possible". Great experience. Purchase of new vehicle could not have been any easier. From the general manager Mike to Kara sales general manager to Pat fleet general manager, the staff and service at Avondale Nissan are top notch. I recommend them unconditionally.
Tracy was great. She was not pushy, she understood what I was looking for and where I needed to be price wise. I got what I wanted in a car and am very satisfied with the service. My only suggestion is for the kids area, they need to add toys, books, something to keep their attention. I know it's hard when clients bring their kids along but sometimes it just has to be, and it was great they had a play zone, but there's nothing in it.
After having the worse experience I have ever had at another Nissan dealership. Garrick and Kara were a breath of fresh air! They made purchasing my new vehicle pleasant, complete fast experience. I would definately reccomend Avondale Nissan to anyone looking for a great experience!!

My experience at Avondale Nissan was beyond better than I expected. Within in a couple mintues of pulling up and talking a walk around I was greated with friendly service. All of the staff seemed to enjoy working there, also they were very helpful and personable. Jasin Loop was my sales man and he went out of his way to figure out which car suited my personality but more importantly me financially.
