Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. . Drive right past this place because if you buy a car from them you wont be able to drive at all! My son bought a used vehicle from them and has had NOTHING but problems and has only has it 8 months. Managment won't call him back and their own service guy told him to get rid of the car.. he works at THE PLACE HE BOUGHT IT. Horrible customer service or care for customer situations. I leave no stars because they deserve NONE.

Due to a 2014 BMW X1 rear brake warning in the dashboard, I went to Avondale Nissan to fix the issue. On 30 April. Mr. David Quarnstrom attended to me and assured the problem could be fixed. However, end of day, only brake rotors were resurfaced, and brake pads replaced and was told to go to BMW to replace the brake sensors to completely solve the problem. I’m 19 and from Minnesota. James Coppola sold me a vehicle and my battery started on fire on the highway keep in mind this happened in Arizona and my family is all the way in Minnesota I’m a student. I’ve tried calling Nissan for any help at all and I can barely even speak with a phone rep. I’ve left numerous voicemails explaining the situation and a call back number with no call back at all. I feared that my car could have blown up and I’m lucky to be alive. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

"After 4 purchases/leases I'm sorry to say they're likely..." After 4 purchases/leases I'm sorry to say they're likely my last. Your $5,000.00 "over sticker" pricing has cost you a loyal (Nissan-Infiniti as a brand and Avondale Nissan as a dealer). That said, I've always enjoyed dealing with Trudy Varin, but a positive relationship with an excellent sales representative does not make up for, what I would refer to as, predatory & arbitrary pricing.

If you think that putting in the system that I missed my appointment so I don’t get a survey email it will stop me to rate the HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU PROVIDED you are wrong Adam Soto. You charged for a service that you don’t provide. 180 bucks for oil exchange, car wash, tire rotation, and an “expert recommendation”. "STAY AWAY! The Service department LOST my rental car!" On 8/8/2018 I took my 2018 Rogue in to have the driver side window repaired for the 3rd time. When I'm driving I can hear wind coming in the window even though it's rolled up. "They owe my son and me $50.00 each" Black Friday 2017 $50.00 test drive. My son bought a truck as we were finishing the deal we gave the dealership coupons for each of us for $50.00 each for test drive. To this day we can not get paid. Contacted Nissan four times they said it is a dealership issue. The dealership called two months ago to say they were sending the checks. STILL WAITNG!!!! The coupons came from Nissan site not the dealer Nissan should pay but they blame the dealer. Just another rip off!!!

Took my car in a few weeks ago to get serviced I had talked to Blair and he gave me by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life not just with a dealership but in general and I’ve had some really bad experience this one outdoes then all. When I asked him about when my car was going to be serviced he told me to just come pick up my car and take it somewhere else because I had asked him twice about it.
