Repairs were paid for that never worked. The car was returned 3 times and not repaired for over a month. Later told over $1200 of additional repairs were now needed that wete never mentioned before after 4 evaluations. Do not buy a car from here or have it serviced hete.
I normally don't look at reviews but thank goodness I did. I was interested in a used 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE that they have on their lot but after reading these reviews I will look elsewhere. Sounds like Avondale Nissan needs to work on customer relations first. Thank you all for post your reviews. I did not work with Frank but could not submit my review without choosing someone.

They sold me a used tuck (not that it matters) that they reset the computer (ECM) on and on my commute home from AZ to CA the check engine light came on. This dealership is the lowest of car sales people. The GM is rude and appalling. They lie and do fradulent business. Take your business elsewhere. They don't stand behind anything they do. Sneaky and creeps.
The worst experience ever! !! Not worth the time and energy. Best to find a better one.
They let you drive off and after you put money into the car ie tint widows fill gas they want it back and say it doesn't have enough resale value. Then up sale 10,000 more for a car that has break problems n non functional radio. And no gas jus enough to get home. Sales Manager is rude and has no apathy
James Granger swindled me and told me my car was not fixable unless I paid 6000 dollars or traded it for a new car. I traded my car and James told me it could've been worked out much easier with my old car after he sold me the new car. I felt very manipulated and ashamed.
mike hook the crook did his best to stand for the man (claimed he was highest authority to speak to) for a vehicle they cant back up. had it less than a year with extended warranty an they want 650 to troubleshoot a mass air flow sensor from a code po717 i can get that part at autozone for 100 bucks an to trouble shoot a warranty covered vehicle they want to charge~~?
My son made his fist vehicle purchase from Avondale Nissan as the we bought him was starting to have a lot of mechanical problems. Almost as soon as we got the vehicle home we started having problems. He has had it for 8 months and it has been in the shop 7 times (it is currently in the shop) and he has spent close to $4,000.00 in repairs.
