Outstanding customer service from the time I first pulled up until work all done. Quick to get your info and then Toyota advised that the windshield should be replaced due to crack location. And due to my insurance company no cost to me! Wow. And they offered to me a ride share home and a ride share on return when work was done. Nice experience all around. Well done Toyota.

We ended up here after going to Arrowhead Toyota and having a not so great experience. We met Yohana Snyder soon as we got there and she was a gem to work with, she was with us through the whole process and ended up purchasing a 2022 4runner TRD PRO and we could not be happier. If we are ever in the market for another car I will being coming right back to Avondale Toyota and asking for Yohana Snyder, they have figured out a process that works well for both the buyer and seller. The service in my car was ok but the wait was insane. 2 hours just for it to be inspected then another 4 for actual servicing? The wait time is something they seem to struggle with and is a bummer. Uber home even if they say it won’t be long
