Valentino has been by far the best salesman I’ve worked with in purchasing a vehicle. This man can sell me a piece of gum from the floor. He is certainly patient, understanding and knows how to cater a vehicle to your needs, likes or even financial situations. Valentino was upfront and honest from beginning to end. I wanted a new Sienna and told me it would be a 12-18 month wait due to supply shortages. Sure enough about 12 months later he contacted me and let me know one that matches my preferences is being built. About a month later the van comes in and we were able to do the entire transaction over phone/email and he got it delivered right to my doorstep. Saved me about half a day of just waiting around at the dealership. Smoothest and quickest new car purchase I ever made.

Valentino Roybal was, is still currently the man! !! This guy is soo awesome at what he does daily. I had an excellent experience at Avondale Toyota. What a pleasure to purchase a new Toyota with any hassle or pressure. Jesse was awesome. Did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours, and this included the time to test drive the vehicle. I will highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.
