Service is always great but it's time to consider discounts when multiple services are requested as I did. My Rav4 was in the shop for three hours and labor charges were nearly $800. I know auto service has defined standard charge time for specific services but I know (having been in computer services for over 30 years) that service processes overlap in many areas and technicians will perform in the most efficient way and not repeat a processes if you've already done that.
