I was searching online for a used car and they had exactly what I wanted on their lot. I came in with my pre-financing done and the value of my trade ready. Michael Pelayo & Walker Hardy were very helpful and courteous. We never felt pressured and they even managed to get us a better deal than what I had come in with.
