Excellent experience working with Valentino, he made the process of buying a vehicle very easy. We did the entire transaction over the phone and all we had to do is show up at dealership and drive off with the new vehicle.

This is my first experience with both Valentino and Avondale Toyota. I live in Ahwatukee and this dealership isn't geographically beneficial to me. Well, I never stepped foot in the dealership. Valentine was extremely helpful, friendly, and polite while we were figuring things out for the vehicle trade in and sale. Not a single time did I feel like I was being pressured or coerced into making a decision that was against my best interest, and for that I am extremely appreciative. He made the experience the single best sales experience I've ever had.
