Started looking for a 2023 Highlander hybrid eight months ago. Tried every single Toyota dealer in the Phoenix area. Only Tommy at Avondale would sell a car at MSRP. Valentino was great and made our transaction very smooth. It’s already a big decision to make and he subtracted the car salesman pressure that we normally are used to when purchasing a car that normally makes us dread dealerships.
