Unexpected Purchase Due to Excellent Customer Service My wife and I were just going to look at used Tacomas this past Friday and checking prices to see what we could afford. Avondale Toyota rocks! This is my 1st time I shopped at this dealership and will NOT be my last time. Got a brand new 2015 Camry for a great deal and top dollar for my trade-in. I love the way how I was treated very professionally and respectfully. The process was straight forward, no gimmick, no pressure. This is what a car buying process should be. Great dealership! I have purchased 6 vehicles from Avondale Toyota. I will not buy from any other dealer. I love that they do not play car-salesman games. It is much more relaxing and enjoyable experience. They also work hard to keep the customer satisfied. The service department has worked with me to make sure I am well taken care of. Even when I bought a used car with no warranty, and it had A/C problems after 2 months, they took care of me.

I came into the dealership to Enquire about my 2005 Tundra, I had a quote from Auto-trader, and he advised, If they could get me a better price for my truck, would I purchase a vehicle from him. I said yes. Kimie is very knowledgeable, about the Toyota product, very easy to work with, not forceful or desperate to sell a vehicle. He is an asset to the dealership, and I look forward in the future, to purchase another vehicle from him.
