Love my car, loved the experience, this is the place to go! I went to this location as a final desperate attempt to purchase a 2016 Scion FRS. I had checked several dealerships prior to this and no one had the color, or they didn't have the car model I wanted, or they were too pushy, or they would not make accomodations. Fast and Friendly Help This has been the best service I have received at a dealership. Buying my first car was fast and painless. Roberto Michel was very friendly and helpful. The whole sale went by smoothly and I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. 2 hours may seems like a lot to some, however, I've been with my parents when they purchased at a different dealership and the process was much longer with the service being very confusing with the price of the car, the loan, and the customer service wasn't top notch. He was knowledgeable about the cars I looked at and showed me additional used cars that would soon be brought to the main lot. Best customer service I was looking to buy a Highlander 2015. I went on toyota.com and requested more info. I was contacted by Mr. Kimie Stewart shortly after. Mr. Stewart was super helpful. He went above and beyond to get me approved. Great Service.!!! My wife and I came in to trade our 2013 Nissan Sentra for the 2016 Toyota Camry. Looking for the right CHARGER and i did thanks to maribel! I want to thank "la chilena" for everything , she helped my mom and I with great customer service.
