11 out of 10 (re Randy Gowne) Both the Dealership and Randy Goyne were nothing short of FANTASTIC ! I expected to dread the whole process and then buy, like we're all are accustomed. fast and good service I was greeted at the parking lot as soon as I got out of my car. Each person I worked with was kind, but did not seem fake. All the information I received was very helpful in my decision making process. What I liked most was how fast it went. Due to the way this individual facility was ran I did not have to go through a ton of people and the paper work was quick and easy. Great Customer Service I hate buying a car because of all the negotiating you always have to do but when I walked into Avondale Toyota few days ago, it was the total opposite experience. Great Stress Free Experience Over the years I have purchased a few new vehicles and this was by far the easiest and most stress free experience. We worked with Terry Repovsch. He was very friendly and honest. There was never any pressure to make a purchase and he was very patient with us. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!

An Experience Not Found Today This was one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchases I have ever made. I dealt with Mark Erickson who was extremely helpful. He answered any questions I had with simple honest answers. Never did he pressure me at all. I actually dealt with Mark by email. Best experience EVER purchasing a car!! Being a single woman purchasing a car is always very intimidating and I dread it. GREAT DEALERSHIP In the last 4 years we have bought 4 Toyotas from this dealership. Most recently last weekend. Our sales person was and is Terry Pickle for all 4 vehicles. Pickle is by far the best salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is honest, forthright, patient and does not exhibit the typical pressure you will get from other sales people and other dealerships. Great experience because of Mr. Terry Repovsch My husband and I were looking to upgrade our toyota tacoma for one with a stronger engine for towing purposes. While we were looking around Mr.Terry Repovsch walked over to offer any help he could. To cut to the chase, we were there for 5 hours, asking questions and test driving many trucks.
