I had my eye on a Jeep Wrangler in the pre owned lot at this dealership for almost a month before I finally got the nerve to email about it. Andy was great! We had a great experience and never felt any pressure to buy. He answered all our questions and we felt like we got a great deal. We were out to try multiple cars from different dealerships and Toyota was our first stop. This dealer was the only one that was OK with us going out to test drive other cars.
We have purchased our last four vehicles from Avondale Toyota because their customer service is completely over the top! Other car dealerships hound and pressure you, but at Avondale Toyota we have never felt anything but comfortable and welcomed. You can buy a car anywhere - why not go someplace that will treat you like number one! At Avondale Toyota, the customer really does come first!

The dealership has a no-stress atmosphere to it. Natalia, Steve & Rob did not use pressure tactics to buy and allowed me to take my time deciding what car I wanted to purchase. I drove several cars in the dealership and Natalia was always pleasant and giving of her time knowing that I wasn't going to commit to a purchase. Outstanding dealership! I will recommend it to my friends without any hesitation!
I didn't know how to react to the "one price, one person" policy at first. But, I must admit, I'd been shopping for a a crew cab Tundra for months, the original price posted was more than fair. My sales rep, Jason Theriault, was to the point and up front about everything which I highly respect. The sales process was clean and simple. They even had me bring the vehicle back a week later to install a small item that that missing and the Service Department was also excellent. This is a 5 Star Dealership all around. Thank you!
