I only had to deal with one person , Michael Norman, who was really knowledgeable and friendly. At other dealerships they send you around from person to person like a Ping pong ball and it is very aggravating. I got the bottom line price quickly with no hassles. I would recommend Avondale Toyota to anyone interested in buying a car. Mike from Goodyear

I have assigned this rating because the sales manager took the time to find out what I was looking for, he answered all my questions honestly and clearly, and he was very knowledgeable. Most importantly he gave me all the imformation I wanted/needed and allowed me to make the decision on my purchase.

We have purchased many Toyotas from Avondale Toyota and Terry Repovsch. terry listens to your answer when he asks you, "What are you looking for?" His attention to detail in what we're looking for in a vehicle has always far exceeded what most people encounter when making a purchase of this type. My husband and I had a great salesman, Terry Repovsch, and he knew everything about the Toyota 4Runner and all the cars we drove that day and was very kind to us. Unfortunately there was no negotiation on the "2010" car's price so we bought it for not a penny less and thought it was priced highly. The 4 year old car had only 8,000 miles on it so priced it on the fact it had low mileage. Wanting to let everyone know about the great experience we have had with Toyota. My husband was recently in a severe multiple-vehicle accident that left several parties injured. We are still recovering from the accident but am happy to report that while our new 2013 Tundra was a total loss, my husband walked away without a scratch, was not even sore. I was directed to Mr. Terry Repovsch by a family member who has bought several cars from him through the Avondale Toyota // Scion dealership in Arizona. I could not be more pleased. Mark Erickson was extremely friendly and helpful. He was accurate and honest about all prices before I even came in to the dealer. There was no haggling back and forth over the price. Mark also handled all of the financing and warranty items. He offered a great warranty at a great price. I got an 8 year 100K bumper to bumper warranty for about $1900 with no deductable, and that is the same price anyone else who comes in will get because it is all in a price book that every sales person uses. This was the second vehicle we purchased from Ted Harley and this dealership. Our first was a used late model Nissan Sentra for which they had the best price in Arizona. We drove up from Tucson to do business with this dealership and were not disappointed. Ted Harley was honest, friendly, accomodating and it was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had with a dealership.
