Fabulous first time experience!!! We had an awesome car buying experience with Kimie. I had called him for piece of mind on our trade in before coming down to the dealership and he kept his word and what he told me on the phone was exactly what the deal was when we got their with our trade in. I can honestly say I had a sense of relief with this dealership, they were honest and upfront from the beginning. Great first time experience This was my first time buying a car and the experience was much better than I expected. Linda was attentive, caring, very helpful and never pushy. Outstanding Customer Service I was so nervous about getting a new car since my previews car had been stolen and my insurance was still trying to clear this issue out; after 2 months of been carless I knew I needed to hurry up and get one. Just when I lost hope Linda made things happen. I went into this car dealership not expecting to leave without a car. I didn't have credit established, I didn't have a cosigner, and i didn't have family support. But Linda and her boss did whatever they could for me and I couldn't be blessed to have had Linda help me and her boss. Honestly changed my life.

Customer Service It was a pleasure working with Kimie.. He did a really good job explaining every single detail of our transaction, and spending the right time and more ! Linda is Awesome! Went to buy a new car after someone had crashed into me and totaled my car. Made an appointment with Linda and she got me in a new Scion tC the same day. I couldn't be happier and she works for the customers satisfaction more than she does the money. Thanks Linda!
