Everything from setting the appointment through checking in was friendly and efficient. My service writer was always available to answer questions (Phone or Text). The wait time was reasonable, and the vehicle inspection was thorough and well communicated. The price of the service seemed very reasonable, and payment options were attractive, if needed. I expect to have more work done in the near future, because I have confidence in this dealership service team, and Toyota parts, and they price their services fairly.

Easy to get our appointment easy drive into dealership no hassles. Tyler our ASM was great. He came out addressed our concerns told us how long it would take and offered us an Uber to get home and back to the dealership. This by far was really good for me as I didn’t expect it. Very easy and better as no customers waiting around dealership. Very professional.

The service was great nothing bad but the only thing that was not good was the wait time exceeding the estimated time frame, it took 4 hours and was told it would take 2 hours
