Katelyn was helpful and as attentive as she could be given a busy schedule. We accomplished all the paper work in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way in my new Camry. Bye the way, Katelyn had to find and reserve my car in the first place….and she did very well with that.

Went faster than usual. About 1 1/2 hours vs usual 2 hours. my 2nd Tacoma and I won't get it serviced anywhere else. Shea always treats you right and so have any of the other advisors
