always great excellent place for a birthday dinner
Had a wonderful evening at Bacchus. We were celebrating a birthday and the team made it very special. It is always one of our favorite restaurants in Milwaukee and this last experience did not disappoint!
The food was absolutely on point. The servers are attentive- Nick & Theresa took care of everything promptly and the timing of the courses was perfect. The duck was fantastic & the sorbet was great too. The prices are a bit higher, but well worth it for the quality of the food you receive.
The food was outstanding. The service was very good. Staff were very pleasant!
The chefs special was delicious. Meat was cooked perfectly.
First time on Saturday and Bacchus definitely set itself apart, it’s the top of the Bartolotta empire. I would recommend the tasting menu, an excellent tour through their menu ...
While enjoying the Chef's tasting menu, we could enjoy the ambiance the restaurant intended by focusing on the experience instead of choices. The wait staff we very attentive while giving us space to enjoy our evening, and the quality of food was fantastic.
We had a lovely time, a supreme dinner and excellent service. I love everything about Bacchus except for the HUGE dining room. It is beautiful, of course, but I couldn’t help feeling I was dining in a room the size of a commissary. When we were there it was early so there were perhaps only 10 or 12 tables that were occupied. I can’t imagine what it’s like when the place is filled to capacity. To that end I’m glad we were there early (5:4-5PM) on a Wednesday. It was a beautiful experience, and we’ll be back.
Bill and Will were excellent servers... food was fantastic as usual!
