Bacchus is still our favorite restaurant from the amazing service to the amazing food, we have never been disappointed.
We had the opportunity to try the new seasonal menu on this visit. Celebrating a friend's birthday, we started with the garlic potato soup. It was great. We enjoyed our entrees of filet and halibut and appetizers of shrimp and gnocchi. Wonderful flavor combinations. For dessert we shared the chocolate cake. Our service was great and as expected, this restaurant did not disappoint. If you haven't eaten here yet, be sure to put it on your list.
Bacchus never fails to please and the vegetarian menu is a really terrific addition, especially as the dishes on there are top notch chef skills.
Wait staff was warm friendly and attentive. Serving was timed perfectly and we were never rushed between courses. They asked if we had evening plans and were happy to see to it that we were on schedule. Food recommendations were amazing and prepared to perfection. Looking forward ti going back.
Bacchus is our "go to" restaurant for a special occasion.
Starting with the cocktails at the bar - perfectly mixed, just too much ice in my martini. Then, dinner: scallop appetizer, so fresh and tasty, not gritty at all. Highly recommend it. We ordered the porterhouse for 2 which is served in a cast iron skillet as were all the sides -- so flavorful! And done to perfection. Desserts of Baked Alaska and Huckleberry cake with ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bacchus! We got a great cheese recommendation from our waiter and our steaks were among the finest we have had...Highly recommended!
From the drive in to greeting to seating to dinning - absolutely fabulous! We've hit most if not all in this family of fine restaurants ... but this one has an essence all its own. John provided us with exacting, professional and excellent service - the food superb. We'll be back again and again.
Had a business dinner for four. The table location lent itself to quiet conversation. Service provided by Diana was superb. The food presentations were high-end professional and delicious. A potato leek soup was a great way to get the taste buds warmed up. Also found a new Woodford's Reserve bourbon choice (Classic Single Malt) that was more like a cognac, but with the Woodford tatse. Good simple, steady pace to the dining experience, as well. All in all, a perfect place and meal for impressing clientele and friends.
