We always enjoy our evenings at Bacchus. The service is always attentive, food is unique and delicious. Bacchus is one of the few restaurants left in Milwaukee where you can wear your best attire and rarely have jeans and tee shirts seated next to you. It's a great place to celebrate special occasions.
Outstanding food and service. We were never rushed; all waitstaff were courteous, helpful and eager to ensure we had a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Disappointed with the service and portion sizes. Things were not as wonderful as they had been a year ago.

We were welcomed from minute one at Bacchus. Having arrived early for our dinner reservation we enjoyed a drink at the bar and found all three bartenders friendly and attentive. Upon being seated by the hostess we were immediately welcomed by Eric and John who both went out of their way to make our celebration special. Service was very polite and fun, could have been a little more attentive considering it was a "slow" night. The cocktails, appetizers and entrees were superb, only the desserts left something to be desired. Overall very enjoyable and a great place for a special date.
This was an excellent experience. The room was very classy, in an understated way. The view of the lake (if you get such a table) was very nice. Our server (I wish I could remember his name) was excellent. We started with a course of artisan cheeses, which our server explained and served expertly. The spinach salad was awesome.
