Wonderful food and excellent service. But imagine our surprise: after three of the six guests ordered desserts, the waiter team delivered a fourth dessert, the sorbet sampler, announcing that this dessert was "from them". Shame on us for not checking the bill, but when we got home we were surprised that we had been charged for the dessert "from them". Since the dessert was an insignificant charge in light of our overall bill, it is hardly a deal breaker, but still a surprise from a classy restaurant.
We had the "Porterhouse for 2" and it was the best meal we ever had in our entire life.
Had an amazing experience at Bacchus. Food was devine and the wine was to die for.
The food was by far the highlight of the evening. The service was excellent in every way except for the absenteeism of the wait staff at times making my wife and I feel neglected. This is a Milwaukee gem. Kudos Bartolottas!
Only issue is bartender could learn to make an old fashioned ... Tasted like he/she used a pre-mix.
Wonderful dinner with great service!
This is a superior restaurant in every way. The food, service, servers, ambiance, wine list. We we there for a very special occasion this time and they did not fail to surpass our expectations. Bravo!
The food was fantastic and the service excellent. It is expensive, but well worth it for a special occasion.
Food and service is outstanding and the decor is elegant. The only draw back, which is not insignificant is the wine list. Unbelievable imbalanced. Way, way too many high priced wines ($150) and not nearly enough of mid range ($50-100). Anyone can put together a list of very expensive wines.
