Bacchus lives up to its name sake. And the food is fit to compliment a wide array of the wine featured here.
my wife and I enjoyed a evening out without our kids. polite and professional was the word of the day concerning the staff. from the valet down to our server. the food was well prepared and flavorful. all questions concerning the menu were answered patiently enjoyed the many seasonal choices on the menu and a vast wine list a very enjoyable evening was had by us
The service was excellent, they honored our request for a corner booth table, and our fifth anniversary dinner there was lovely. Our only disappointment was that the our favorite appetizer, crab cakes, was no longer on the menu. Other than that, we really had a most enjoyable evening.
We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary with the great folks at Bacchus - food, drink, service, and ambience was outstanding! The Bartolottas definitely know how to take good care of a guest. It was a wonderful evening! Champagne and free dessert was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.
Best veal chops I have ever had!!!!!!!
Everything we ordered was divine: soft shell crab, tagliatelle, spinach salad with a poached egg and pork belly, tuna, and halibut. The BEST thing, though, was the veal chop. Highly recommend it.
John, Here is what makes you an excellent server: first of all, you made a great wine recommendation that paired well and you added a personal touch to the recommendation by sharing how you enjoy it. You were attentive but not overbearing. But MOST OF ALL, you listened. Bacchus is a beautiful restaurant and has a special atmosphere. Meals are well prepared and elegantly served. Always an enjoyable experience.
This was our second trip to Bacchus, arriving 5 minutes early, we were seated right away. Our server (Susie?) was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the wine list and menu. Small Plates were wonderful, Salads tasty, my tuna entree frankly was just OK, although my wife's filet was wonderful. Wine was just as we had hoped, and desert & coffee were fabulous.
