Molly Saves The Day- The kitchen got backed up with various other parties. Our waitress Molly continued to keep the service levels up and free desserts. She was outstanding and saved a special evening . Food was good but portions were smaller than last visit
Excellent special occasion restaurant. We had the Halibut and the Braised Short Ribs special, and also ordered salads. The Spinach Salad with the poached egg and lardons was amazing as was the French Bean and Beet Salad with Fried Goat Cheese, though the fried goat cheese had a little too much breading for our taste. Service was excellent. Be sure to get a Bartolotta rewards card - I used two $25 reward certificates on this meal, which made it much more affordable. The rewards accumulate quickly.
Great food -wonderful ambience. Asparagus flan was light & flavorful. Waiter was happy to split our salad, all were friendly & food was delightful. Wonderful special occasion restaurant. We have been here several times & always enjoyed our food & service

This is an outstanding restaurant in every way. The food, service and ambiance are excellent. This is quite possibly the best restaurant in Milwaukee.
Everything about Bacchus was outstanding. We tried the Gouda Cheese and Wisconsin 'rarebit' appetizers, both fantastic. My wife had the filet, cooked to perfection, she also noted the overall flavor of the meat. I had the veal chop, which also cooked to perfection. The flavor was amazing and the new potato salad side dish was a perfect match. owesome food. We ordered lamb, veal chop and filet mignon. Best meat that you can find in Milwaukee! So fresh and tender!
