We had an amazing time on the trails. The BA team was so nice and courteous from beginning to end. Free ice cream upon your return?? Absolutely. Loved that surprise. They even called us immediately to let us know we left two small items in the Jeep. Best all around. Thanks guys!

This experience was top notch from beginning to end. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, informative and polite. First time doing this for us but they made sure we were fully informed and safe. Honestly the best part was dealing with the staff that met us at the point where we started our ride. Unbelievably nice young men and women that made us feel like family. Thank you!!!

July 29,2026 We had 14 of family in 4 vehicles. Most of the family said the rides were the highlight of their week in Estes. The staff in the office and at trailhead are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this adventure to anyone. We were fortunate to see two moose on the trail which I hear is not a common occurrence so we felt fortunate to see them.

This was my first time riding an e-bike. I truly in joyed it. The staff at BackBone are amazing. They explained how the bike worked and they wanted us to try it before we went on trail. They are professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. Pricing is reasonable too. I know they have other experiences to try, and when I come back I will do one of those. It was a 10 out of 10 for me. We even got ice cream from them at the end of our ride!
