Very atmospheric pub in a great location. Food was high quality and exceptionally friendly staff. Didn't feel rushed. Wine was chilled to perfection.

My daughter and I took an impromptu day out to Edinburgh by train. We remembered a recommendation for Badger and Co and placed a booking for late lunch. The space, food and service were incredible and we were delighted to have remembered this little gem. The ladies serving were so helpful with the menu as I have a dairy intolerance- I took them up on the recommended dish of chicken supreme. Food and ambience plus service were stellar. High quality creative food without the gimmicks. Excellent variety of vegetable dishes and tempura style battered fish and chips. Vegan tartar sauce was delicious.
