All very pleasant and good, but I don’t like discretionary service charges automatically added. It’s my decision to tip or not and I really don’t like it forced on me. Food was good as was the cocktail and the kids loved the chocolate brownie.
Very good food, excellent (quirky!) ambiance - just abysmal service. We were seated at 7:15 Sat evening and didn’t get our drinks until nearly 8 - and the restaurant wasn’t slammed (there were open tables). Really unclear if we had a dedicated server. Clearly understaffed.
Cozy and relaxing place with a very nice design. Excellent service and great food. A really good find!
Great dining room, comfortable seating and Outlook. Prompt service and super food. Will definitely recommend it and will return in the future.
Lovely bar area and very inviting. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, but not overbearing. The food was excellent, would definitely go back if visiting Edinburgh again. Reasonable price for what we had.
