11909 Miracle Hills Dr, Omaha, NE, 68154, United States
Get directionsWe chose The Waterford At Miracle Hills because during our tour we talked a lot to the staff members and liked them. It also seemed very clean and it seemed like it would be a good fit. The room sizes here are pretty large and spacious, they are in a two bedroom but even the one bedrooms were larger than some of the ones we saw. The food is something they think they could improve on, they have had a lot of turnover with the head chefs. The best part about the community so far has been the care and overall attitude of the sta... read more
I think it is affordable care. The staff is extremely nice. They give individualized care and have individualized care plans for the residents The room sizes and the layout of the community are really good. The food is good. They have outdoor space for the residents to use.
Similar to [community removed], a little older property, but, decently cared for
I am moving in next week!!! It is perfect for me and my two cats.
We are very happy with the care from this community. The staff are caring and attentive. The menu is good and he seems to like the variety. They have a lot of activiites for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value to other families.
Place is small & modest, but seems well-thought-out; central courtyard is peaceful & well-landscaped, but building is hemmed-in by city clamor & isolated by it. Excellent lunch!
The Waterford at Miracle Hills was a clean place. The staff were friendly. [Removed] the tour guide provided me with a great tour of the whole community. She explained all the amenities, meal plans and activities available for the residents. I liked the layout of the rooms a little better than other places. I would recommend a tour of this place.
The community was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very generous and patient with my loved one and I on our tour. It didn't seem like they had enough care for people with memory loss. I recommend that they look into more intensive care.
it is clean but the interior is outdated and the lighting in her apartment is not good. The food is very good but the portions are small. The care so far has been good for the most part. She has had issues with one of the caregivers. She pushed her button for someone to take her to the dining room in her wheelchair. When the caregiver came she was told not to push her button unless it was an emergency. The buttons around the neck are to let the caregivers know you are ready to go. She has had insects including ants in the ba... read more
