They have taken all the precautions we could ask for regarding Covid 19, temperature checks, hand washing, masks, barriers and cleaning. Professional and amazing results. Had a wonderful massage last night with Jenny and as usual it was so relaxing and therapeutic. I love Balance Spa. The front desk staff are the best. Friendly and accomadating. The spa is clean and observing appropriate COVID precautions. Jackie gives a fantastic massage. I have been going here for years!

There are no changing rooms for the guys so they don’t experience the ‘luxury’ side as changing rooms have robes, slippers, lockers, showers, sitting room and sauna. During COVID-SARS-2, dressing and sitting rooms are closed, but I just went for a cupping massage and the experience was amazing as usual.
