RecommendedI love Balance Spa. The front desk staff are the best. Friendly and accomadating. The spa is clean and observing appropriate COVID precautions. Jackie gives a fantastic massage. I have been going here for years!

RecommendedThere are no changing rooms for the guys so they don’t experience the ‘luxury’ side as changing rooms have robes, slippers, lockers, showers, sitting room and sauna. During COVID-SARS-2, dressing and sitting rooms are closed, but I just went for a cupping massage and the experience was amazing as usual. RecommendedAlways a great experience when I go to balance spa! They are the only spa I’ve gone to since Covid. They have protocols in place and I feel very comfortable and safe the entire time I am there. This was my fourth visit since they reopened. I had a mini pedi and gel manicure with Von and she was wonderful. Everyone from the guest services team to the nail team are so friendly. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!
