RecommendedMy eye doctor of 30 years retired this year. After searching for and researching various potential new doctors, I decided on Ballard Vision Associates in Brentwood. Yesterday was my first appointment and, to say the least, I was incredibly pleased! Every member of the staff was so professional, kind and personable. Dr. Ballard was thorough and no doubt, based on our conversation, very interested in each patient he treats. I highly recommend considering BVA.
Dr. Ballard took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my visit and made sure I understood. Himself and his staff are excellent professionals. Would highly recommend this to anyone in need of anything eye related.
I have been going to Dr. Ballard's office for 11 years. They are always professional but more importantly, they are always personable and friendly. Some of his team have been there for as long as I have been seeing him and I think that says alot. Dr. Ballard makes you feel comfortable and always makes time to talk yet you are still in and out within a reasonable amount of time. He is the kind of doctor that makes you wish you saw him more than once a year!
Great staff had a great experience picking out frames for my prescription glasses and I also picked out some New sunglass!!!!
They are very friendly and professional. Wait times are minimal and the office is clean and pleasant. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful, I felt well taken care of.

When I say I’m beyond grateful for Dr.Ballard, I am! I’ve spent over 16 years with no vision in my left eye! Seen over 8 doctors all telling me that was nothing they can do! Over 15 years I wore one contact! Dr. B said I can help you! I was like oh ok (in my mind) like what can he do for this eye after 15 years of not using it! Dr. Ballard’s office is one of the most beautiful and efficient eye care facilities I’ve ever been too! The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. Everyone is quick to strike a conversation and you can tell it must be a great place to work. Dr Ballard himself is very thorough and kind. The staff was well trained in safety and cleaning protocols to protect from Covid-19 and you could barely notice a difference in the wait time.
