I completely trust Dr Ballard with my eyes and I love his new office space. Very classy with many quality eyewear options to choose from. The staff was beyond helpful and very fun and friendly. I totally enjoyed picking out my new frames. We laughed and had fun spending my money, which was easy to do when I found these fantastic Kate Spade frames. It was the first time check my eyes in over 10 years and I will now be going back to see Dr Ballard on a yearly basis to stay up on my eye health...now that I hit the big 5 0. 👏🏼 Highly Recommend!

Nice location, staff and friendly doctor

Ballard Vision Associates has very knowledgeable and friendly staff and a nice modern office. I look forward to my annual eye exams and picking up new, stylish frames or the latest contact lenses made special for my prescription. Dr. Ballard has taught me more about my eyes and eye health than any other eye doctor I've had in over 40 years. 5 stars!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with an eye care provider. Dr. Ballard and his staff are simply the best ... friendly, helpful and enjoyable. As a past RK patient, I have unique vision issues that require extra time and consideration. From the first appointment, Dr. Ballard took his time to carefully assess my situation and make recommendations for treatment options with the best outcomes potential. He’s been patient, kind and optimistic throughout, and I’m grateful. And they have a fantastic selection of eyeglass frames! He and his staff have my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience. It was my first time in. I've been wearing glasses/ contacts for at least a decade now and have been to many different eye doctors/offices. This was probably my most seemless experience it was quick, thorough and the office was quiet with a stress-free ambiance and very clean! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. There's coffee and water while you wait. You also sign in on a tablet which was nice, clean, and easy to use. I loved not having to get my eyes dialated. This office has the Optomap imagining machine which takes images of the back of your eyes so you don't have to do the dialation drops. Unfortunately it's not covered by any insurance providers so it is $25 out of pocket for this. If your age is 50+ they recommend this imaging plus another retinal wellness service and the out of pocket for those two services is $35. If you do not want to do this and would rather do the dialation drops let the staff know right away or else it will be assumed and pictures will be taken. My technician was very good! I could tell she was very smart and she was also friendly and clear with where she needed me positioned at each machine. After my eye exam, I was fitted for contacts, Dr. Ballard listened and responded to my concerns of my current contacts giving me dry eyes plus some mild allergies. I was able to walk away with some trial contacts. This office carries many different contact brands which is a huge plus. He also went over my retinal images with me which I appreciated rather than just giving me a thumbs up. I was also able to get an out of pocket quote and how much my insurance would cover should I want to buy these contacts. I was able to get all of this done in an hour. Pretty awesome experience!
