Bark and Board is the only kennel I trust with my precious, furry children. Their customer service and quality experience provided to my dogs has consistently exceeded my expectations. My dogs get so excited when we arrive at the kennel. They know they are in for a good time! Amazing, caring staff. Took our baby for daycare one Saturday and then back for 3 days boarding the next week . Was surprised that the staff recognized her on our return and immediately picked her up and loved on her. I had complete confidence in her care while I was away. The webcams are great for watching your baby play. First class operation.
I've been taking my dogs to Bark and Board for the past 10 years. I can't say enough good things about Scott and the staff. They always take great care of my pups and make me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease whenever I'm out of town. My pups have both had major medical problems over the years and have special care and multiple medication needs. If you are looking for a place to take your beloved pet this is the place. They are welcoming and have always been there for our pet. They know me and my pet by name. If my pet did have a problem they called me and asked me how I would like to take care of it. You can also watch your pet on one of their muti-cameras online. They go out of their way for their customers. We got hooked and We love it!
I don't take my dog to doggy daycare or boarding. But I buy food and treats there. They are always helpful and have great products.
I am on the search for daycare for my dog as I'm starting a new job that will require me in the office regularly. I just want to say, the staff here are pretty amazing. This was the last place on my list for today. I visited a total of 7 places and by far the service here was great. I didn't get to take a tour while on-site, but I get a good feel for the space and the staff. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends that live in the area as well. If you're looking for the perfect place for daycare and boarding, look no further! We moved to Atlanta just under a year ago and "vetted" a number of places. Upon our visit to Bark and Board, we met not only the owners but much of the staff as well. As the "neurotic" parents we are, they made us feel comfortable and secure in knowing our two would be well taken care of. Our dog Ollie has been going to bark and board since for many years. He has a great time, but I really appreciate the staff and owners. They are always happy to see us and love talking about how Ollie's day was. Also, if they have any concerns about his day, they let me know. They let the dogs take breaks and keep the play groups manageable so that they can oversee them safely.
