I recently flipped an investment property in the Houston area. After finding a buyer, Chris Peter assisted by getting my buyer financed to purchase the home. I bought a unique property that required a special, complex loan. I initially went with another lender who had promised to close my loan on time. But during the week of closing, this lender not only changed the loan product type on me, but also couldn't close on time (probably due to the last minute changes).
