I got a chance to work on our refinance with Chris Peter. He was awesome. He is very helpful, patient, has good domain knowledge, responsive etc. - basically everything you look for in a lender. I have already recommended him to a couple of my friends!

Not a regular reviewer, but wanted to call out how excellent Chris Peter was throughout the entire lending process. I had shopped around, but Chris was by far the most attentive, and willing, lender to work with me. Chris Peter was excellent to work with on my refinance. He was so patient with all of my questions and took the time to answer them all in a clear way. Chris Peter was always available to me for communication and walked me through the process the entire way. He was also able to get me the absolute best rate which will save me tons of money. I cannot recommend Chris Peter enough. He was so patient and thorough throughout the entire process of my refi. He took the time to explain things and was such a pleasure to talk to and work with. Completed a refi last week with Christos from Barton Creek Lending. He was available all along the process to answer my questions and helped me pick the lowest rate 15 yr refi, though the refi industry was overwhelmed with refi applications. He is very honest, never pushy and very upfront about the costs and the process. The loan was closed ahead of schedule. This is the second time I've refinanced with Barton creek lending. Few of my other friends also refinanced with him and each one is very satisfied with the refi.
