We had a fantastic experience with James Schell. He was freakishly quick to respond to every question we had and left no open loops. He helped us secure the best loan possible, and we had a very smooth and problem-free closing experience. This was our third home to buy and by far, our best experience yet. We don't anticipate another home purchase, because we have found our dream home. But if we do buy another, we'll call James Schell again.

I worked with Chris Peter very closely. As a first time home buyer I have had the best experience anyone could ever have. He was all her for you! He will be right on the ball for you! He will get you where you want to be as fast as possible. We closed in 23 days! He will make the process fun & enjoyable. He builds a relationship with his clients. My wife and I worked with Chris Peter on a mortgage loan, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Our home was a "new construction” project, and Chris was with us from beginning to end. Chris Peter is the man. I have had the pleasure of working with Chris on several occasions. He is always on top of his game. He answers his phone, responds via email very timely and texts back almost immediately. First time buying a home. DONE. Thanks to Chris Peter. He was very responsive and explained everything clearly. He really got to know and understand me as a buyer.
